WWhile both terms are similar in the sense that they are gathering data, there are some notable differences. Data retrieval is the recovery of lost, deleted, or fragmented data. Data acquisition is acquiring and accessing the storage hardware to extract all data.

Can I ship storage hardware to your agency?

Shipping is available for our data retrieval services. Client is responsible for all shipping costs, including when Guardian Investigations sends the hardware back to you. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment. It is highly recommended that the client purchase insurance for the shipments.
